Who we are
Black Canyon Community Health Center is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center. Dr. Randy Hancock opened the clinic in Black Canyon City in 1999 so everyone in the area would have a place to get care, and we've grown with the community ever since.
Our front desk can help you with insurance questions, AHCCCS enrollment and financial assistance.
Locations
Serving Black Canyon City, Rock Springs, Bumble Bee, Cordes Lakes, New River and Anthem, plus the Spring Valley area and soon the Verde Valley.
